By accessing and using Chat Bob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chat Bob is a customer service automation platform using artificial intelligence. The Service allows you to create virtual assistants for WhatsApp and websites that respond to inquiries automatically.

3. Registration and Account

  • To use the Service you must create an account providing accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Distribute illegal, offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Resell the Service without authorization

5. Plans and Payments

  • Prices and features for each plan are available on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6. Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial. After it ends, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Chat Bob and all its content, features and functionality are owned by Chat Bob and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Content you upload to the platform remains your property. You grant us a license to use that content solely to provide the Service.

8. Privacy and Data

9. Limitation of Liability

Chat Bob is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through notice in the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the City of Mar del Plata.
